Advantage has entered an exciting new area or service to our customers. We are now
selling video surveillance equipment! The use of this equipment will help you
maximize employee productivity and reduce inventory shrinkage. Our digital video
recorders store high quality full motion video, giving you the ability to easily find and
review past images. Not only can this be done on the DVR itself, but also on every
PC on your network!
We offer both fixed position cameras and cameras capable of being controlled
remotely (or pan/tilt/zoom cameras). These cameras can be placed both indoors and
outdoors. The pan/tilt/zoom cameras have a 350 degree range of motion and can be
set to pan back and forth automatically. This means you can use a single camera to
monitor a very large area. If you want to zoom in on something specific, you have the
ability to magnify it up to 270 times! All of this can be done from your PC.
In addition, we have software that will allow us to associate point of sale information
with the video from the cameras. This means that you will be able to see what items
are being pulled up on the cash register while watching video of the cash register. This will make it easy to determine what someone purchased, as well as what they did not purchase.
