Due to the amount of memory needed to load the most recent update, we are requiring our customers complete an evaluation form and fax it to us. The information allows us to determine if there is space available on your current system and advise you if there could be a noticeable slowdown to the speed of your machine and intercept a potential problem before it occurs. Many customers realize the need to upgrade their machine and convert to the Linux operating system as a result of the evaluation.
